Design and Decor & Incentive travel

For this project, our client asked us to transport 800 guests to “Old Florida” for their annual partner retreat. This program took place in Boca Raton and included 32 distinct events over 6 days. Our team was responsible to fulfill the overall creative vision for the event, plus the procurement and onsite execution of all decor and entertainment.  External factors introduced their own set of hurdles. The Florida weather, with its crushing 94% humidity, unpredictable wind, and intermittent rain, forced us to become adept at contingency planning.

Incentive Travel & Employee Appreciation

As though the logistics around a 700-person family-focused corporate retreat located 1.5 hours away from home, packed with nearly 50 customized activities in a 43-hour timespan, sprawling across 1,300 acres of golf courses and wilderness, weren’t daunting enough, toss in an abbreviated 8-week lead-time for planning, a complete rebranding of the event, a reimagining of the guest experience, no vendors contracted yet (beyond the resort), a depletion of local vendor resources (COVID-19 times), and just when we thought we had it all perfectly lined up….

A total of 350 international guests attended the conference featuring world-renowned speakers, a casual Welcome Reception and a formal Black-Tie Gala featuring an Awards Ceremony. With corporate culture and values in mind, these eco-friendly events were filled with elemental surprises, first-rate talent, and a distinctive flair for fun and engagement.

Employee Engagement Themed Event

This gothic-fantasy theme featured Tim Burton’s most iconic movies. Utilizing different rooms within the venue, these vibrant concepts were brought to life through creative use of lighting, music, movie-themed props, costumed characters, and unique food and beverage design.  The guest experience began outdoors as guests arrived with a scene inspired by “Sleepy Hollow” complete with a vintage carriage. Guests then entered a warm and inviting “Big Fish” themed Hallway flanked by bunches of daffodils with shoes strung overhead.

Themed Event & Holiday Party

Chicago, IL

A dance party is what they wanted, so a dance party is what we delivered – complete with Disco Diva Dancers!

Lava lamps were dusted off and paired with vintage lounge furniture atop shag carpets. Suspended overhead were custom fringe and disco ball chandeliers that illuminated these intimate lounge seating areas for guests.
